Shipping policy

All items are shipped within of 2-3 business days after receipt.

We strive to ship as soon as possible, but we want to be reasonable and honest with our processing times.

We use USPS service and all packages will have tracking - provided to you in an email. All of our orders are shipped in a cardboard box. Even 1 soap will arrive securely packaged in a box.

* Please note that we cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. We provide USPS tracking number for every package. If the package is left in a mailbox for a long time, some melting of product (especially whipped body butters or hard body lotions) can occur. Please track your package and remove it from the mailbox as soon as possible to prevent this.
